In our Initial meeting with our clients, we take our time to listen to their visions, thoughts and needs, and throughout further discussions, we try to settle a common understanding of the project’s main outlines. We’ll then share with our clients similar projects that were designed by our firm, show them compatible inspirational moods and suggest practical and feasible solutions to be adopted or implemented in the project. The undertaken discussions will eventually lead to developing a common conception of the project’s design and once we have an approval from our clients, we’ll then set the expected delivery dates of the upcoming phases.
Referring to the brainstorming that resulted from the initial meeting, our team can identify the adopted design’s theme, set a general organogram, develop the project’s outlines and eventually establish the project’s design concept.
The concept will then be discussed and reviewed with our clients, and once we make sure it matches their expectations and visions and receive their approval, we then launch the design phase.
An enormous effort is exerted to transform the client’s thoughts, adopted theme, organograms and the concept into a fully functioning and practical design.
WD Firm is a proactive design firm that encourages its clients to be active partners in the design process; Hence, the whole design development is fully coordinated with the client who is always welcomed to make any suggestions or adjustments that will lead to the perfect desired design.
The end product of that phase includes all necessary sketches, 2D drawings and 3D interior and exterior perspectives.
In our perception, a successful design cannot be fully reached unless WD Firm supervises the building and installation process of the concept design.
Upon the client’s request, our mission can be upgraded to include the preparation of execution drawings, coordination with the various consultants and along the way with local and foreign suppliers and contractors, in addition to project management, supervision and follow-up on site.
